Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Shift: Second Shift Mon-Fri 4pm-12am

What’s a typical day as an Oven Production Operator? You’ll be:

  • Operating oven production equipment to ensure products meet quality specifications

  • Performing in-process moisture testing at both the front and back ends of the oven

  • Accurately recording test results in a log every 15 minutes

  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation between tests

  • Following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE at all times

  • Reporting any issues or inconsistencies to the supervisor

  • Performing other duties as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have experience (1-3 years) in manufacturing, production, or machine operation

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Have light mechanical aptitude

  • Can write neatly and accurately, and record data consistently

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Are reliable, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Are comfortable using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
