NOW HIRING: Production Operators — $18-$19.80/hr
Torrington, CT | Paid Training | Quick & Easy Hiring Process
Build the technology powering next-generation clean energy. We’re looking for hands-on, reliable people to join our production teams in a brand-new, climate-controlled facility — no experience required, we provide full hands-on training.
Pay & Hours
- $18/hr to start, Raise to $20/hr after 90 days
- +10% shift differential on 2nd shift ($19.80/hr)
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (2nd shift trains on 1st shift initially — differential still applies)
What You’ll Do
- Work within a team to manufacture and assemble specialized components using manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment
- Follow clear work instructions and quality procedures, with full training provided
- Use precision tools like calipers and micrometers
- Rotate through different tasks and departments as you build new skills
- Help keep safety and quality at the center of everything you do

What You Need
- HS Diploma/GED (trade school or military experience a plus)
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience helpful, but not required
- Reliable attendance and on-time arrival
- Comfortable on your feet for 8-hour shifts, lifting/positioning parts up to 25 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and work well in a team
