Pay & Shifts
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
- 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 4:30pm - 1:00am
Job Overview
We are hiring Auto Finishing Operators for a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing carbide-tipped hole saws.
You will be responsible for assembling, labeling, packing, and inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, label, and pack saw blades
- Move materials between workstations
- Perform quality checks
- Maintain production records
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment
- Fast-paced, physically active manufacturing setting
- Plant can be warm to very warm in some areas
- On your feet for most of the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
Important Requirements
- Safety is a top priority — PPE must be worn at all times
- Strict attendance policy (no planned time off during ~90-day training period)
- Dress code enforced (no loose clothing; jeans or durable pants preferred)
- Jewelry, hair, and clothing safety rules strictly enforced
- Must be 18+
- High school diploma or GED required
