Kelly Services is hiring a Failure Analysis Technician Lead to work on site within a climate-controlled warehouse, servicing a premiere company located in Georgetown, TX 78628. Resume required.

We are looking for an experienced Failure Analysis Technician Lead to oversee daily failure analysis operations in a high-volume server manufacturing environment. This senior, hands-on leader will diagnose complex hardware and system-level failures, mentor FA technicians, and work cross-functionally to drive root cause investigations and corrective actions.

Shift: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour, (Paid Weekly!!!)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate failure analysis workflows, ensuring timely and accurate results

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on server systems and components

  • Act as escalation point for complex technical issues

  • Mentor and train FA technicians, standardizing best practices

  • Partner with Quality, Test, and Engineering teams on corrective and preventive actions

  • Analyze failure data and recommend improvements to product yield and reliability

  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) FA activities

  • Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years in failure analysis, electronics troubleshooting, or manufacturing test environments

  • Strong hardware/system diagnostic skills and experience with diagnostic equipment

  • Proficiency in Linux and system networking fundamentals

  • Hands-on team leadership or mentoring experience

  • Preferred experience with server hardware, failure tracking systems, Lean Manufacturing, and NPI support is a plus.
