What’s a typical day as a Avionics Installer II? You will:
- Assist in the Installation and Modification of Avionics Systems
- Install, modify, and fabricate wiring, electrical components, and fixtures according to blueprints and engineering drawings.

- Perform Testing and Troubleshooting
- Conduct terminations, ring-out, and functional tests on avionics and electrical systems to ensure proper operation.

- Maintain Accurate Documentation
- Maintain required logs and records of work performed to meet regulatory and customer specifications.

- Ensure Quality and Compliance
- Ensure all work meets regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and passes final inspections without defects.

- Uphold Safety and Shop Standards
- Adhere to safety regulations, FOD and tool control programs, and maintain a clean, orderly work area.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics or two (2) years related work experience or an avionics certificate with (1) year of related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
