  • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

  • Hours per Week: 40 hours

What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Operator I? You’ll:

  • Operate manufacturing and production equipment according to established procedures and quality standards

  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections to ensure products meet specifications

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

  • Accurately record production, quality, and training data in manufacturing systems

  • Work in a cleanroom environment while adhering to gowning and contamination control requirements

  • Handle biological materials, including cow hide/cow skin products, in accordance with safety procedures

  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, FDA, ISO, and company regulations

  • Support team production goals while maintaining a clean and organized work area

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have previous manufacturing, production, or cleanroom experience

  • Are comfortable working with cow hide biological materials

  • Can work in a cleanroom environment with full-body gowning requirements

  • Have sufficient verbal, reading, and writing skills in English to understand procedures and work instructions

  • Possess strong attention to detail and quality standards

  • Have experience handling chemicals and following workplace safety procedures

  • Are comfortable using computers for data entry and production documentation

  • Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience working in a GMP, FDA-regulated, or medical device manufacturing environment

  • Experience performing inspections and documenting quality results

  • Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and production processes

  • Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and contamination control procedures

  • Experience with manufacturing documentation and electronic record systems

Important Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in a cleanroom environment with full-body gowning

  • No jewelry, makeup, hairspray, or perfume permitted in production areas (wedding bands only)

  • Must be comfortable handling cow hide biological materials

  • Must be able to follow safety procedures and chemical handling requirements

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform manufacturing tasks throughout the shift
