Access Site – 2205 51st Ave E, Suite 302, Fife, WA 98424
Shift:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
(No overtime or weekend work required)

Job Description:
As a Forklift Operator – Record Center Specialist, you will play an integral role in warehouse operations, supporting the secure storage, handling, and retrieval of records and materials. This position involves operating powered industrial trucks, including forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks. Candidates must be comfortable with equipment that can reach heights up to 30 feet; we provide training on our specific units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, etc.)
- Utilize order pickers to store and retrieve items at varying heights
- Adhere to all safety protocols and compliance procedures
- Perform physical work, including lifting and handling items as required
- Accurately process, record, and maintain inventory and asset documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
- Must be comfortable working at significant heights (up to 30 feet)
Certifications & Experience:
- Experience operating powered industrial trucks required (certification preferred)
- Forklift certification is a plus, but training is provided
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
- Steel or composite-toed shoes required (must be provided by employee)
