Location: Cleveland, OH
Schedule: 4 days per week (flexible days)

Pay: $20/hour

This position offers schedule flexibility and the opportunity to impact the growth and culture of a University in Northeast Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage comprehensive training and professional development programs for staff, faculty, supervisors, and administrators.

  • Evaluate, promote, and continuously improve training programs using metrics, feedback, and best practices.

  • Oversee training program communications, internal marketing, and maintain the Professional Development Center’s website content.

  • Collaborate with university departments and external partners to expand and enrich professional development offerings.

  • Assist in university-wide HR event planning and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in training, organizational development, or workforce planning.

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

  • Experience with in-person and virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, webinars) preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
