Call Center/Customer Service
Will serve as a first point of contact for voters by answering incoming calls and providing accurate, non-partisan information regarding voter registration and the election process. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.

Pay rate: $19.00/hour 
Schedule: 

  • Monday–Friday, hours of business are 7am to 7pm, flexible schedule

    • 10 hour days

    • Could roll into weekends


  • Must be willing to work overtime with little to no notice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from the public regarding election-related inquiries

  • Assist voters with updating voter registration records

  • Support voters with changing party affiliation, as permitted

  • Provide information on how and where to register to vote

  • Inform voters of polling locations for early voting and Election Day

  • Respond to basic questions about voting procedures and requirements

  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented demeanor at all times

  • Manage high-pressure situations and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
