Do you have hands-on experience with warehouse equipment and technical documentation? We are seeking detail-oriented, safety-driven Loaders to join our team on the second shift. In this role, you’ll do more than just move freight—you’ll play a critical part in our daily operations, ensuring products are loaded efficiently and accurately for a range of carriers. Pay Rate: 23.05
3:00pm-11:00pm

Key Responsibilities
•    Operate Material Handling Equipment
•    Safely operate Raymond counterbalance forklifts (preferred) and other brands of counterbalance equipment.
•    Maneuver loads with precision in tight loading areas.
•    Routine equipment checks and reporting maintenance needs.
•    Technical & Documentation Tasks
•    Handle and understand Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and shipping documentation.
•    Utilize RF scanners for pallet tracking and inventory management.
•    Operate pallet wrappers and other packaging machinery as required.
•    Loading & Carrier Coordination
•    Load outbound freight to meet the nuanced requirements of major carriers such as ODFL, SAIA, Walmart, Amazon, and others.
•    Ensure proper stacking, sequencing, and securing of loads to maximize trailer space and meet carrier specifications.
•    Communicate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
•    Familiarity with warehouse documentation (BOLs, packing slips), RF scanners, and loading equipment.
•    Prior experience loading for large carriers (e.g., ODFL, SAIA, Walmart, Amazon) strongly preferred.
•    Flexibility to work second shift and occasional overtime.
