Job details

Manufacturing Technician – Assembly
Pay flexible based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Manufacturing Operations:

    • Identify and understand challenges faced by production operators

    • Participate actively in manufacturing processes and activities

    • Analyze issues to determine root causes

    • Develop innovative process, tooling, and technology solutions

    • Assist with employee training initiatives


  • Collaborate and Problem-Solve:

    • Work closely with engineers and technical specialists

    • Communicate with vendors regarding emerging technologies

    • Partner with machining professionals

    • Help with design reviews and risk management assessments


  • Establish New Manufacturing Processes:

    • Assemble engineering prototypes and low-volume products

    • Develop build procedures and instructional documentation

    • Design and implement new tooling


  • Contribute to Product Verification and Validation:

    • Define product requirements

    • Create and manage verification and validation plans

    • Perform product testing

    • Ensure compliance with documented processes

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Associate degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience

  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings

  • Skilled in the use of measurement instruments

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience with SolidWorks

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
