Job details
We’re seeking an experienced Order Selector / Equipment Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately picking orders, operating warehouse equipment, and supporting the movement of materials throughout the distribution center.
Pay: $20-21/hour
Shifts: 1st Shift 6am-230pm | 2nd Shift 330pm-12am
What You’ll Do
- Operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently
- Pick and stage customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Receive, store, and move inventory throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts
- Package and prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Support warehouse operations and assist with other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience operating reach trucks, cherry pickers, order pickers, or similar warehouse equipment
- Experience in order selecting, picking, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
- Comfortable working at elevated heights
- Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Reach truck experience
- Cherry picker/order picker experience
- Experience with inventory transactions and warehouse management systems
- Forklift certification (current or previous)
