Job details

We’re seeking an experienced Order Selector / Equipment Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately picking orders, operating warehouse equipment, and supporting the movement of materials throughout the distribution center.

Pay: $20-21/hour
Shifts: 1st Shift 6am-230pm | 2nd Shift 330pm-12am

 

What You’ll Do

  • Operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently

  • Pick and stage customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems

  • Receive, store, and move inventory throughout the warehouse

  • Load and unload materials as needed

  • Perform inventory counts and cycle counts

  • Package and prepare orders for shipment

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Support warehouse operations and assist with other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience operating reach trucks, cherry pickers, order pickers, or similar warehouse equipment

  • Experience in order selecting, picking, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations

  • Comfortable working at elevated heights

  • Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Reach truck experience

  • Cherry picker/order picker experience

  • Experience with inventory transactions and warehouse management systems

  • Forklift certification (current or previous)
