Shift: 2nd Shift: 2:55 PM – 11:25 PM (Monday – Friday)

What’s a typical day as a Kitting Specialist? You’ll be:

• Assembling kits for customer orders according to specific work instructions, ensuring all components are included and correctly packaged.
  

• Assembling LED lights for use in medical devices.
  

• Verifying accuracy and completeness of kits against bill of materials (BOM) or other documentation.
  

• Packing and labeling kits following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
  

• Maintaining accurate inventory levels, monitoring, and replenishing stock as needed.
  

• Conducting regular inventory audits and addressing discrepancies.
  

• Inspecting components for defects or damage and following quality control measures.
  

• Documenting and reporting quality issues or non-conformances and implementing corrective actions.
  

• Keeping accurate records of assembly, inventory, and quality control activities.
  

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
  

• Proactively contributing to a safe and compliant workplace by following all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (required); additional training or certification in inventory management or quality control is a plus.
  

• Have proven experience in a kitting, assembly, or inventory management role, preferably in manufacturing or healthcare.
