Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.40 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift: 2:55 PM – 11:25 PM (Monday – Friday)

What’s a typical day as a Kitting Specialist? You’ll be:
- Assembling kits for customer orders according to specific work instructions, ensuring all components are included and correctly packaged.
- Assembling LED lights for use in medical devices.
- Verifying accuracy and completeness of kits against bill of materials (BOM) or other documentation.
- Packing and labeling kits following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels, monitoring, and replenishing stock as needed.
- Conducting regular inventory audits and addressing discrepancies.
- Inspecting components for defects or damage and following quality control measures.
- Documenting and reporting quality issues or non-conformances and implementing corrective actions.
- Keeping accurate records of assembly, inventory, and quality control activities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
- Proactively contributing to a safe and compliant workplace by following all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.

- Are able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds (using mechanical aids or team lifting as needed), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Can work in varying temperature environments and are comfortable adhering to PPE and safety standards.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (required); additional training or certification in inventory management or quality control is a plus.
- Have proven experience in a kitting, assembly, or inventory management role, preferably in manufacturing or healthcare.
