Now Hiring: Pick and Pack Worker – Grow with Kelly!
Location: Duluth, GA
Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm paying $16.50

             2nd shift Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm paying $17.50

Position Overview:
As a Pick and Pack Worker, you’ll safely operate state-of-the-art food manufacturing and packaging equipment, ensuring top-quality products that delight customers around the world. We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals looking to grow their careers in an essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production and packaging equipment per Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Set up, monitor, and adjust machinery to maintain product quality and maximize efficiency.

  • Conduct routine quality checks and document results accurately.

  • Follow GMPs, HACCP, and all food safety/sanitation procedures.

  • Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns promptly.

  • Assist with changeovers, troubleshooting, and routine cleaning.

  • Maintain an organized and safe work environment at all times.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve daily production goals.

  • Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.

  • Basic math, reading, and documentation skills.

  • Strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.

  • Able to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as assigned.

  • Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for the duration of the shift; able to climb ladders and work at heights.

  • Previous food manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
