Job Title: Test Technician (Electrical Troubleshooting) – 1st & 2nd Shift
Location: Memphis, TN
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Shifts: 1st Shift (7am–3pm) & 2nd Shift (3pm–11pm)


About the Role

Join our growing team in Memphis as a Test Technician! We are seeking skilled technicians with a strong background in electrical troubleshooting. This position offers long-term stability, great benefits, and paid time off from day one.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment and systems

  • Diagnose faults using schematics, meters, and other diagnostic tools

  • Record test results in detailed logs and reports

  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to ensure quality standards

  • Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required (technical certification a plus)

  • 2+ years of experience in electrical troubleshooting or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and diagnostic tools

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics

  • Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills
