Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)
Location: Nashville, TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, Hybrid (in-office 3 days per week)
Max Pay Rate: $25/hr


Summary:
Interact with customers to provide information about products and services, resolve inquiries and complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. This position is not a call center role, but a professional office environment requiring strong communication abilities, technical skills, professionalism, and customer service expertise.


Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 2–3 years customer service-related experience required

  • Experience in a professional office setting preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, email correspondence, and provide information about products and services

  • Manage data entry tasks and document customer interactions accurately

  • Coordinate international shipping and logistics support; create manifests

  • Conduct credit analysis

  • Approve resolutions for customer service or billing complaints (exchanges, refunds, billing adjustments)

  • Serve as an escalation point for clients/customers

  • Approve referral of unresolved customer issues to appropriate departments

  • Review, monitor, and audit records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Solicit sale of new or additional products/services

  • Obtain and examine information to assess the validity of complaints and determine possible causes

  • Maintain professionalism at all times in a collaborative office environment

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage time independently

  • Accurate documentation and record-keeping

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Leadership and mentoring ability for providing support and constructive performance feedback

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other computer applications

Additional Notes:
This hybrid role requires working in the office three days per week. Professionalism, strong communication abilities, customer service, attention to detail, and soft skills are essential selection criteria.
