Pay Rate: $19.50/hr
Department: Print/Lam
Location: Telford, PA
Reports to: Shift Supervisor
Schedule: 7 AM – 3 PM, Monday – Friday (Mandatory Overtime)

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Press Assistant to support our press operations on the 1st shift. In this important role, you’ll assist with preparing changeovers, operating presses, ensuring product quality, and maintaining equipment. You’ll also help train other press assistants and promote a safe, organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties in compliance with GMP and SQF requirements
- Oversee press operations with guidance from the Press Operator or Supervisor
- Prepare and execute efficient press changeovers
- Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with production standards
- Train and support team members on operational procedures
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment
- Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized
- Follow all safety protocols and immediately report any safety concerns
- Maintain accurate records of quality, production, and waste
- Support press operations with other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in press operations or manufacturing preferred
- Willingness to learn operational and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Effective team player with a positive attitude
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
