Details:

• Hours: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday – hour flexibility needed during ramp up period
  

• Compensation: $58,000 – $63,000 annually

Job Summary:
Our facility is searching for an organized and analytical Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy, manage control processes, and supervise inventory staff. The Inventory Supervisor will ensure integrity of stock, investigate variances, and coordinate inventory activities across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise inventory control staff and daily operations
  

• Oversee cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy
  

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies and report on findings
  

• Implement and uphold inventory control policies and best practices
  

• Train employees on proper inventory procedures
  

• Use warehouse management systems to track and report inventory data
  

• Coordinate with other supervisors to ensure smooth inventory flow

Requirements:

• Experience in inventory control or supervisory roles within a warehouse or cold storage environment
  

• Proficient in inventory management software and data analysis
  

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  

• Experience managing or leading a team
  

• Comfortable working in refrigerated or frozen environments
