Details:

• Hours: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday – hour flexibility needed during ramp up period
  

• Compensation: $58,000 – $63,000 annually

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Operations Supervisor to manage daily warehouse activities and lead a team of 8–10 associates in a fast-paced cold storage facility. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining safety standards, and achieving productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise, train, and motivate a team of 8–10 warehouse associates
  

• Assign and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring efficient operations
  

• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or corrective action as needed
  

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
  

• Assist with scheduling and labor planning
  

• Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize productivity
  

• Communicate effectively with upper management and other departments

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage preferred
  

• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
  

• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills
  

• Willingness and ability to work in cold storage conditions
