We’re seeking a Production Team Lead to work at a premiere manufacturing facility in Statesville, NC. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18/hr. 
Shift: 8:00am – 8:00pm, 2-2-3 schedule

What’s a typical day as a Team Lead? You’ll be: 

  • Reviewing production orders to verify correct raw materials and packaging requirements. 


  • Communicating schedules, workload, and order details to team members. 


  • Overseeing packaging operations to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards. 


  • Assisting in supervising team members and ensuring compliance with procedures. 


  • Performing equipment setup, start-ups, changeovers, and basic adjustments to optimize efficiency. 


  • Monitoring machine operations and identifying defects or malfunctions promptly. 


  • Ensuring proper staging of raw materials before production begins. 


  • Training, mentoring, and motivating team members to foster a productive team atmosphere. 


  • Maintaining documentation of production records and ensuring accuracy. 


  • Resolving workflow issues and supporting the success of the production team. 

This job might be an outstanding fit if you: 

  • Have a high school diploma or GED (required). 


  • Bring proven experience as a team lead or supervisor in a manufacturing environment (preferred). 


  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with a commitment to quality and safety standards. 


  • Can work 12-hour shifts (8:00am – 8:00pm) and stand for extended periods. 


  • Are capable of lifting up to 35 lbs and possess excellent problem-solving abilities. 


  • Exhibit an eye for detail and excel in motivating and coaching teams.
