Looking for true night-owls who thrive in a hot, loud, sometimes greasy, always busy environment where tools and metal parts get made for major contracts. If you want organized chaos, this is it. You’ll load, handle, and move heavy parts, run and monitor equipment, and need a sharp eye for quality, and for what your teammates are signaling when you can’t hear a thing. Clear communication and safety are a must.
This facility values people who learn the process, become reliable, and want to stick around. The atmosphere can be intense, shifts are long, but the team is tight and always looking out for each other. Attendance matters: when you’re out, everyone feels it.
Pay & Schedule:
- $19.93/hr, $29.90/hr overtime (first check the following Friday; or before depending on your bank)
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Four 12-hour overnight shifts, rotating workdays
- Typically four nights on, then two or three days off
- Overtime, weekends, and schedule changes based on production needs and your availability
- Weekly pay from Kelly Services
Your Day-to-Day:
- Operate and monitor machines for making tools/parts
- Load, move, and track heavy materials all shift
- Inspect finished goods for quality
- Document production records
- Make basic tool or equipment adjustments
- Handle unexpected equipment noise or problems
- Follow every safety/quality and housekeeping rules, no shortcuts
- Stay calm, collected, and communicative, even when hearing protection is a must
What You Bring:
- 1–2 years recent machine operation, warehousing, material handling and/ or heavy maintenance tech
- At least 1 year of steady work doing physically demanding jobs/long shifts
- Stamina for standing, lifting, and moving in heat, grease, and noise
- Rock-solid reliability. The whole line depends on you showing up ready
- Comfortable with changing schedules and overtime
