Service Technician – Join Our Innovative Team!
Are you passionate about hands-on work and eager to grow your technical skills? We’re looking for mechanically inclined Service Technicians to help build the future of home appliances. No two days are the same—get ready to develop your skills, solve unique challenges, and have a real impact on everyday life!
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair appliances within our refurbish program
- Replace basic appliance parts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Record work orders using Excel and maintain parts organization
- Receive, grade, and load scratch and dent products for resale
- Recarton appliances and move them back into stock
- Collaborate with warehouse and management teams for continuous improvement
- Uphold safety, quality, and company standards at all times

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Ability to lift and move appliances up to 100 lbs
- Trade School or technical repair experience preferred (2-3 years)
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Microsoft TEAMS, WMS preferred)
- Fork-lift or clamp-truck certification preferred
Work Environment
- Active, hands-on, and dynamic warehouse setting
- Steel-toed boots, safety vest, anti-cut gloves, and protective eyewear required
- COVID-19 precautions strictly followed
