Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$17.00–$20.00 per hour
Shift:
1st Shift 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. | 2nd shift 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Mon – Fri
Occasional overtime as deemed by management and production needs.

What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Associate? You’ll be:
- Operating UV light imaging equipment, laser direct imaging systems, developing machines, and baking ovens to create circuit board images
- Setting up, inspecting, maintaining, and registering photo tools to ensure accurate production results
- Following work instructions and manufacturing specifications to expose, develop, and prepare materials for the etching process
- Reading and applying special customer and production instructions while maintaining high quality standards
- Reporting defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns to the department lead
- Performing routine machine maintenance, following safety procedures, and keeping work areas clean and organized
- Working independently and collaboratively to meet production schedules and quality expectations
