Manufacturing Associate
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday; 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM. Overtime may be required based on production needs.???????
- Operate UV light imaging equipment, laser direct imaging systems, developing machines, and baking ovens to create circuit board images.
- Set up, inspect, maintain, and register photo tools to ensure accurate production results.
- Follow work instructions and manufacturing specifications to expose, develop, and prepare materials for the etching process.
- Read and apply special customer and production instructions while maintaining high quality standards.
- Report defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns to the department lead.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, follow safety procedures, and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production schedules while demonstrating strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
