We are currently hiring 3 Production Associates for a growing manufacturing and distribution facility in Mukilteo, WA.

• 2 positions are Temp-to-Hire, with the opportunity for long-term employment after approximately 3 months for strong performers.
  

• 1 position is Temporary, covering a medical leave and expected to last approximately 1–2 months.

Pay

• $19.50 – $20.00 per hour DOE
  

• Higher rates may be considered for highly qualified candidates

Schedule

Monday – Friday
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Overtime may be required based on business needs
  

• Occasional weekend work may be required

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using pick lists and work orders
  

• Verify SKUs and quantities before packaging and shipment
  

• Select products from inventory and prepare items for assembly or shipment
  

• Perform inventory back-counts to maintain accurate stock levels
  

• Build kit shells and assemble components according to specifications
  

• Utilize handheld scanners to process orders and inventory transactions
  

• Package products securely for shipment
  

• Palletize and shrink-wrap completed orders
  

• Prepare temperature-sensitive shipments while following company procedures
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  

• Support additional production and warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, order fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred
  

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  

• Comfortable standing for most of the shift
  

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
  

• Basic inventory control experience preferred
  

• Experience using handheld scanners is a plus
  

• Familiarity with pallet jacks, hand trucks, box knives, ladders, and warehouse tools preferred
  

• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
