We are currently hiring 3 Production Associates for a growing manufacturing and distribution facility in Mukilteo, WA.
- 2 positions are Temp-to-Hire, with the opportunity for long-term employment after approximately 3 months for strong performers.
- 1 position is Temporary, covering a medical leave and expected to last approximately 1–2 months.

Pay
- $19.50 – $20.00 per hour DOE
- Higher rates may be considered for highly qualified candidates
- Weekly pay
- Pay increases available upon permanent hire
Schedule
Monday – Friday
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
- Occasional weekend work may be required
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using pick lists and work orders
- Verify SKUs and quantities before packaging and shipment
- Select products from inventory and prepare items for assembly or shipment
- Perform inventory back-counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Build kit shells and assemble components according to specifications
- Utilize handheld scanners to process orders and inventory transactions
- Package products securely for shipment
- Palletize and shrink-wrap completed orders
- Prepare temperature-sensitive shipments while following company procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support additional production and warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years of production, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, order fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Comfortable standing for most of the shift
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic inventory control experience preferred
- Experience using handheld scanners is a plus
- Familiarity with pallet jacks, hand trucks, box knives, ladders, and warehouse tools preferred
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
