Job Title: Asset Protection Coordinator (Eyewear Retailer) – Mason, OH
Location: Mason, OH (100% Onsite)
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Includes Saturday and Sunday; weekdays are flexible)
- 2nd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Includes Saturday and Sunday; weekdays are flexible)

Kelly® is seeking dedicated Asset Protection Coordinators to support a leading eyewear retailer in Mason, OH! If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about protecting people and property, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Detect and investigate theft/fraud
- Conduct safety and facility audits
- Monitor CCTV and access controls
- Prepare reports and maintain evidence
- Support emergency response and hazardous conditions
- Provide training and assist law enforcement as needed
- Operate Command Center and safety dashboards
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in retail asset protection/loss prevention
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Flexible schedule, including nights/weekends
