Machine Operator – 2nd Shift
Location: Goodyear, AZ 85338
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM (Overtime is available)

Job Overview
We are hiring Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Goodyear, AZ. This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, construction, or machine operating experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment used in the manufacturing of wood and foam products
- Load and unload materials throughout the production process
- Follow work orders, production instructions, diagrams, and specifications
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Read and use a tape measure accurately
- Complete production paperwork, barcoding, and material scanning
- Perform basic pre-shift equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, construction, or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions and blueprints
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and more with assistance
- Ability to use hands for handling materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to visually inspect products for quality
- Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment
