Service Parts Coordinator
Location: Green Bay, WI (or adjust as needed)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (core business hours)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Parts Coordinator to support order processing and customer communication. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external customers, ensuring accurate order entry and timely communication regarding parts, pricing, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer orders into the SAP system, including part numbers, quantities, pricing, billing, and shipping details
- Provide customers with information on spare parts pricing, availability, and delivery timelines via phone, email, or written quotes
- Utilize inventory management software, Microsoft Office tools, and other systems to support daily operations
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Act as a liaison between departments including manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, and shipping
Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and office applications
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree or technical certification
