We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our clients team! You will play a critical role as the first point of contact for valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of order processing. This is an on-site opportunity, working from the customer’s office, where you’ll handle inbound customer inquiries, process orders, provide updates, and use your sales acumen to maximize customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls: Respond to questions about products, orders, and schedules, providing stellar customer service at all times.

  • Order status updates: Provide timely and accurate updates to customers regarding their order schedules and deliveries.

  • Product knowledge: Learn about our diverse product lines through on-the-job training; some lines are straightforward, while others require in-depth learning.

  • Efficient communication: Interact professionally and clearly with both internal teams and customers by phone and email, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Problem-solving: Quickly identify and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex situations to supervisors as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous customer service or sales support experience (office-based preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working on the phone and using basic office software

  • Ability to learn new products and systems quickly (on-the-job training provided)

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude

Compensation & Benefits

  • 401(k) Match

  • Health Benefits: Full health coverage, plus optional vision, dental, life insurance, and AD&D

  • Paid Time Off: Full PTO offering to start, plus standard paid holidays (Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and the day after Thanksgiving)

  • Work/Life Balance: Regular office hours, no weekends or travel required
