Join a Growing Manufacturing & Distribution Team

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to support daily operations within a busy manufacturing and distribution environment. This role serves as a key liaison between Operations, Human Resources, Safety, Quality, and Staffing Partners to ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functions.

 

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be comfortable working in Excel, and have experience supporting timekeeping, employee onboarding, payroll reporting, accounts payable, purchasing, or general administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative support for distribution center and manufacturing operations.

  • Schedule meetings, maintain records, organize files, and support site leadership.

  • Order office and facility supplies as needed.

  • Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties.

Purchasing & Accounts Payable

  • Create and manage purchase orders (POs).

  • Process accounts payable transactions and maintain supporting documentation.

  • Coordinate purchasing activities in accordance with company procedures and approvals.

Employee Support & Timekeeping

  • Serve as a point of contact for temporary and contract employees.

  • Coordinate onboarding activities with staffing agencies.

  • Assist with employee scheduling and workforce coordination.

  • Support timekeeping and payroll reporting activities to ensure accurate employee records.

  • Enter new hire information and maintain personnel data.

Safety, Compliance & Site Administration

  • Maintain safety records, compliance documentation, and audit files.

  • Assist with safety reporting and incident tracking.

  • Administer employee badge and security access systems.

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Communication & Employee Engagement

  • Assist with employee communications, announcements, bulletin boards, and site updates.

  • Support employee recognition programs and engagement activities.

  • Help coordinate site events and employee initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of administrative, office support, site coordinator, or operations support experience.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Experience supporting timekeeping, payroll reporting, employee onboarding, or HR-related administrative functions.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred

  • Manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or industrial environment experience.

  • Experience with purchase orders, accounts payable, or procurement processes.

  • Experience working with staffing agencies and contingent workforce programs.

  • Familiarity with safety documentation and compliance reporting.
