Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00–$43.00/hr DOE (+ 15% Shift Differential)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM–12:00 AM | Full-Time

What’s a typical day as a CNC Machinist / CNC Operator? You’ll be:
- Setting up and operating CNC machinery according to work instructions and engineering specifications.
- Working with equipment such as CNC Mills, Lathes, Press Brakes, Laser Cutting Machines, Punch Presses, EDM Machines, and Tooling Equipment.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and production documentation.
- Performing quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Making machine adjustments and tool changes to maintain production requirements.
- Troubleshooting minor machine and production issues.
- Maintaining a safe, organized work area through established manufacturing and 5S practices.
- Supporting production goals while ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have previous CNC machining, setup, fabrication, tooling, or manufacturing experience.
- Can read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Have experience using precision measuring equipment.
- Possess strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Are detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work.
- Thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
