Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $26.00–$32.00 per hour, DOE | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

What’s a typical day as a Quality Assurance Technician? You’ll be:
- Investigating and addressing quality issues by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective/preventive actions
- Inspecting incoming and in-process materials, assemblies, and components according to engineering drawings and standards
- Performing inspections using precision measuring equipment and operating a Coordinate Measuring Machine
- Coordinating material disposition for non-conforming product, including rework, replacement, or acceptance under deviations
- Evaluating and authorizing product delivery from production to process or customer
- Assisting with calibration management of measuring devices
- Communicating with internal departments and suppliers regarding quality issues and follow-up actions
- Maintaining accurate quality documentation within ERP/quality systems (SAP preferred)
- Systematically escalating and following up on quality problems to ensure effective resolution
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality control or mechanical inspection within a parts/components manufacturing environment
- Hold a two-year technical degree or have a suitable combination of education and work experience
- Possess strong skills in blueprint reading and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Are experienced with measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges, as well as inspection techniques
- Have experience with welded components, steel structures, or sheet-metal assemblies (preferred)
- Are comfortable with ERP/QMS systems such as SAP (preferred)
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment
- Can work both independently and collaboratively with a positive, proactive attitude
