Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: 1st (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) Monday – Friday

What’s a typical day as Control Panel Assembly Technician? You’ll be:
- Laying out, assembling, and wiring large-scale electronic control panels according to engineering drawings and wiring schematics
- Interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, and bills of materials (BOMs) to ensure precise assembly
- Performing panel layout, component mounting, and point-to-point wiring
- Fabricating, drilling, and preparing panel surfaces to support efficient assembly
- Conducting quality inspections to ensure panels meet all specifications and safety standards
- Collaborating with engineering and production teams to resolve design or assembly issues
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have experience assembling and wiring industrial control panels
- Can read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and BOMs
- Are experienced with hand tools and light metal fabrication for panel assembly
- Possess a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Are able to troubleshoot and test completed control panels (preferred)
- Have familiarity with UL standards and industrial control panel compliance requirements (preferred)
- Previous experience with water and wastewater system panels is a plus
