Pay Rate: $20.50/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift: $20.50 Mon-Thurs. 3:30PM – 1:30AM

What’s a typical day as an Assembly Worker? You’ll be:
- Assembling a range of components into finished goods across production lines, ensuring production rates and documentation standards are met.
- Operating wafer fabrication equipment in a clean room production environment.
- Manually manipulating fragile wafers and working with small devices to load fixtures and process equipment.
- Making basic measurements and math calculations relative to tolerances and dimensions.
- Performing in-process visual inspections with and without microscopes as per established requirements.
- Accurately documenting all work performed on inspection reports and customer travelers.
- Conducting dimensional inspections using gauges, dimensional inspection systems, verniers, and micrometers.
- Collaborating with supervisors and team leads to ensure quality and efficiency.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the medical device industry and manufacturing.
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in a clean room environment using a microscope.
- Are proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Are able to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
