Location: Lowell MA 01854 
Job Type: Full-time Contract]

First  Shift – Monday to Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30pm
Salary:  $19.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble a range of components into finished goods across one or more production lines, ensuring that standard documentation, quality, and production rates are met under the direction of the Production Team Leader/Supervisors.

  • Operate a variety of wafer fab equipment in a clean room production environment.

  • Manually manipulate fragile wafers regularly, ensuring precision and care.

  • Load fixtures and process equipment with small devices.

  • Perform basic measurements and math calculations related to tolerances and dimensions.

  • Conduct in-process visual inspections with and without microscopes according to established requirements.

  • Accurately document all work performed on inspection reports and customer travelers.

  • Conduct various dimensional inspections using specific gauges, dimensional inspection systems, verniers, and micrometers.

  • Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team leads to ensure production targets are met.

Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in the medical device industry and manufacturing.

  • 1+ years of experience in a clean room environment using a microscope.

  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds frequently and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
