Job Title: Forklift Operator (2nd Shift)
Location: Goodyear, AZ 85395
Pay: $19.50/hr
Schedule: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM), with possible overtime and Saturdays
Start Date: ASAP
Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. On-site training is provided. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of powered equipment to move, pick, wrap, stack, and count products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Put away and receive products
- Wrap and prepare products for storage or shipment
- Operate powered equipment to move and relocate inventory as needed
- Accurately check all inbound and outbound products
- Use inventory software and RF scanners (training provided)
- Verify load accuracy, stability, and report any variances or product damage
- Audit and count product inventory
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management or customers
- Assist other departments when necessary (break pack, audit, wrapping, etc.)
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred (training available)
- Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
- PPE required: Safety vest, steel toe shoes, safety glasses
