Production Operator I – Join a Team That Keeps Production Moving!

We’re looking for motivated Production Operator I team members to help drive efficient, high-quality production in our fast-paced Thermoforming Department. If you enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and making a real impact every day, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
As a Production Operator I, you’ll play a vital role in supporting manufacturing operations and ensuring products meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with machine setup, order changeovers, and production support activities
- Bag, box, label, and palletize finished products
- Perform quality inspections and product checks
- Complete production logs and documentation accurately
- Operate scrap grinders and support recycling initiatives
- Follow all safety, housekeeping, and food safety procedures
Important: Team members must be clocked in and ready to participate in the daily shift meeting 15 minutes before their scheduled shift start time.
What We’re Looking For
- Successful completion of Packer I and Production Operator I assessments (Forming or Printing)
- Ability to read, understand, and follow safety and operating instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment with elevated noise levels
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Department Information – Thermoforming
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
Available Shifts
- A Shift: 12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Shift Differential
Earn an additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
