Production Operator I – Join a Team That Keeps Production Moving!
Are you dependable, safety-minded, and ready to build a career in manufacturing? We’re looking for motivated Production Operator I team members to help drive efficient, high-quality production in our fast-paced Thermoforming Department. If you enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and making a real impact every day, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
As a Production Operator I, you’ll play a vital role in supporting manufacturing operations and ensuring products meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with machine setup, order changeovers, and production support activities

  • Bag, box, label, and palletize finished products

  • Perform quality inspections and product checks

  • Complete production logs and documentation accurately

  • Operate scrap grinders and support recycling initiatives

  • Follow all safety, housekeeping, and food safety procedures

Important: Team members must be clocked in and ready to participate in the daily shift meeting 15 minutes before their scheduled shift start time.
What We’re Looking For

  • Successful completion of Packer I and Production Operator I assessments (Forming or Printing)

  • Ability to read, understand, and follow safety and operating instructions

  • Basic math and measurement skills

  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment with elevated noise levels

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Department Information – Thermoforming
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
Available Shifts

  • A Shift: 12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.

Shift Differential
Earn an additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
