Pay Rate: $18.78 per hour (1-year Contract)

Support hours fall between 7am – 6pm CST, Monday – Friday and 8am – 12pm CST, Saturday. Schedule may include occasional holidays and overtime. AFTER training, Candidates must be available to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 7am-6pm.

What’s a typical day as Customer Support Representative – Customer Support? You’ll be:

  • Providing advanced product/service information and responding to complex customer inquiries to optimize satisfaction and retention

  • Recording and processing custom/special orders, coordinating with relevant teams for delivery as needed

  • Handling escalated customer issues and providing managerial approvals as required

  • Making outbound calls to allocated customers to build relationships and support business development

  • Acting as the first point of contact to resolve customer queries and complaints

  • Accurately documenting customer interactions in the CRM system and scheduling follow-up actions

  • Collecting detailed client requirements through interviews and consultations

  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes

  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development activities

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Possess post-secondary non-tertiary education

  • Have 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field 

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Are comfortable working with digital communication tools and CRM systems

  • Can provide exceptional service to encourage customer loyalty

  • Are adaptable and willing to work any 8-hour shift within the specified support hours, including occasional holidays and overtime

  • Display a customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving abilities

  • Are motivated to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing learning
