Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $16.50 per hour plus 10% shift differential

Shift: 2nd shift 3:30pm to 12am Monday thru Friday
Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary

What’s a typical day as Electronics Assembler? You’ll be:

  • Assembling, testing, programming, and packing circuit board assemblies using both Pin Thru-hole and Surface Mount Technologies

  • Following assembly procedures, visual aid instructions, and ISO/job-specific requirements

  • Placing components such as resistors, capacitors, connectors, and sockets onto printed circuit boards

  • Performing pre-forming of component leads, washing boards, and inspecting your own work for quality and accuracy

  • Reporting defective components and participating in quality team meetings

  • Maintaining cleanliness of your work area and ensuring accuracy of work-in-process

  • Using hand tools and pneumatic equipment as required

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Possess up to 3 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment (preferred, but entry-level considered)

  • Are familiar with component identification, nomenclature, and basic electronic assembly skills

  • Have knowledge of ISO9001 and IPC Standards and ESD training (preferred)

  • Can use hand tools (pliers, rulers, cutters) and pneumatic tools (torque drivers, wrenches, screwdrivers)

  • Demonstrate strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking abilities

  • Can read and interpret procedures, visual aids, and mechanical/electrical drawings

  • Have basic computer skills and good written/verbal communication

  • Are a US Person as defined in 22 CFR Part 120.15 (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or temporary resident granted amnesty, as work includes ITAR-controlled technical data)

  • Are willing and able to work flexible hours as business needs require
