Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $16.50 per hour plus 10% shift differential
Shift: Sunday 10:45pm to 7:30am
Monday thru Thursday 11:00pm to 7:30am
Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary

What’s a typical day as Electronics Assembler? You’ll be:
- Assembling, testing, programming, and packing various circuit board assemblies using Pin Thru-hole and Surface Mount Technologies
- Following assembly procedures and visual aide instructions to ensure product integrity
- Inspecting your own work for placement accuracy and completeness, and reporting any defective components
- Washing printed circuit boards and performing pack out operations as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and participating in Quality team meetings
- Supporting quality standards by following ISO and job-specific procedures
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent education (required)
- Possess knowledge of electronic component identification and assembly (preferred)
- Are familiar with ISO9001 and IPC Standards, and have ESD Training
- Are comfortable using hand tools and pneumatic tools such as torque drivers, wrenches, and screwdrivers
- Can read and interpret procedures, visual aids, and mechanical/electrical drawings
- Work well as part of a team in a high-volume, dynamic environment
- Have basic computer, problem-solving, and workstation skills
- Demonstrate good written and verbal communication abilities
- Meet the requirement to be a US Person as defined in 22 CRF Part 120.15
- Bring up to 3 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience (preferred) and/or up to 2 years in coating application/manual spray environments (if applicable)
- Are willing to work flexible hours as necessary
