Job details

Kelly is hiring Parts Delivery Drivers on behalf of a well-established commercial truck dealership and transportation solutions provider serving businesses throughout the Midwest. These are Direct Hire roles.

$16.00 – $20.00 Per Hour Based on Experience

M – F 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Occasional later days for longer delivery routes)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver parts safely, accurately, and professionally to customers.

  • Build positive relationships while providing outstanding customer service.

  • Process customer returns and core returns.

  • Assist the parts department with pulling, staging, and organizing orders.

  • Communicate customer needs and opportunities with the sales and service teams.

  • Participate in ongoing product knowledge and professional development training.

  • Safely operate company vehicles while following all DOT and company safety requirements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

  • Customer service focused with a dependable work ethic.

  • Positive attitude and strong team mentality.

  • Basic mechanical or automotive knowledge preferred.

  • Comfortable using computers and technology.

  • General mechanical aptitude.

  • Strong communication skills.

No CDL is required. You’ll operate company cargo vans, including Ford Transit 250 and Transit 350 vehicles.

Physical Requirements

  • Active position involving walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching.

  • Regularly lift 10 to 50 pounds.

  • Occasionally lift heavier parts up to 100 pounds with appropriate assistance when needed.

  • Safely load, unload, and transport automotive and truck parts.
