Pay Rate: $30 per hour
Position Overview:
Kelly Services is seeking a highly organized and motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis, supporting our recruitment activities. This is a hybrid role based in Mettawa, IL, with a standard work schedule of 9am–5pm CT. There is potential for contract extension as the organization grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a high volume of virtual and on-site interviews in support of the recruitment team and business needs.
- Adhere to team guidelines and timelines for scheduling activities.
- Communicate promptly with internal/external candidates about interview status, providing high-touch customer service experience.
- Ensure candidate schedules and documentation are compiled to meet compliance standards.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, administrative assistants, and leadership—including VP and C-Suite—to support seamless interview logistics.
- Arrange domestic travel and reimbursements for candidates in partnership with travel vendors.
- Manage applicant tracking system workflows and requisitions.
- Assist with process improvements and knowledge sharing in meetings and presentations.
- Personally welcome high-level candidates on interview days to ensure outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree required (Human Resources preferred).
- 2+ years’ experience in staffing coordination or HR. (required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and customer service focus with a “can-do” attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
