Kelly Services is seeking a highly organized Data Entry – Sales Assistant for a contract position with a growing manufacturing company in Plymouth, MA.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting sales operations, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately.

What You’ll Do
- Enter, process, and update customer orders in the ERP system
- Update sales orders based on manufacturing schedules and customer changes
- Maintain accurate customer, order, and sales information in ERP and CRM systems
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous administrative and order entry experience preferred
- Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 100% On-Site in Plymouth, MA
Pay
- $23.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience
