Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.59 per hour
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, rotating schedule including weekends

What’s a typical day as a Line Operator? You’ll be:

  • Managing material flow from the Hot Press machine to the Printer machine to ensure efficient production

  • Feeding materials into machines and removing defective products while maintaining quality standards

  • Keeping your area safe, clean, and organized, and completing housekeeping paperwork promptly

  • Stacking products on pallets and reporting any concerns regarding health, safety, hygiene, quality, or efficiency to your supervisor

  • Adhering to all company rules, policies, and safety regulations

  • Supporting the production team and performing other duties as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (highly preferred)

  • Can follow specific standard operating instructions with attention to detail

  • Possess strong hand/eye coordination for product handling and can perform skillful, quick actions

  • Are comfortable working in an industrial environment with moving equipment, conveyor systems, and machine noise

  • Can make decisions quickly and solve problems effectively

  • Have basic computer and troubleshooting skills

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of product quality standards

  • Can work independently with little supervision and maintain a positive, professional attitude
