Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.59 per hour
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, rotating schedule including weekends

What’s a typical day as a Line Operator? You’ll be:
- Managing material flow from the Hot Press machine to the Printer machine to ensure efficient production
- Feeding materials into machines and removing defective products while maintaining quality standards
- Keeping your area safe, clean, and organized, and completing housekeeping paperwork promptly
- Stacking products on pallets and reporting any concerns regarding health, safety, hygiene, quality, or efficiency to your supervisor
- Adhering to all company rules, policies, and safety regulations
- Supporting the production team and performing other duties as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (highly preferred)
- Can follow specific standard operating instructions with attention to detail
- Possess strong hand/eye coordination for product handling and can perform skillful, quick actions
- Are comfortable working in an industrial environment with moving equipment, conveyor systems, and machine noise
- Can make decisions quickly and solve problems effectively
- Have basic computer and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of product quality standards
- Can work independently with little supervision and maintain a positive, professional attitude
