  • 1 Third Shift Position (Training may begin on 1st Shift – pending confirmation.)

Schedule

Training Schedule (First 90 Days)

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

After Permanent Conversion

Primary Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Following successful conversion, employees may have the opportunity to transfer to 2nd or 3rd Shift based on business needs and personal preference.


Job Responsibilities

As a Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator, you will play an important role in supporting warehouse operations by safely moving, storing, and preparing products for shipment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operate stand-up reach forklifts safely and efficiently


  • Load, unload, move, and store warehouse inventory


  • Pick customer orders using RF scanners


  • Operate electric pallet jacks (single and double)


  • Verify inventory accuracy and product locations


  • Stage products for shipping and receiving


  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness


  • Follow OSHA safety regulations and company policies


  • Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned


Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • Previous experience operating stand-up reach forklifts (required)


  • Experience using RF scanners


  • Experience operating single and double electric pallet jacks


  • Previous warehouse, distribution center, or logistics experience


  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic


Hiring Process

Qualified candidates will complete the following steps:

  1. Resume review by the hiring team


  2. In-person interview with the hiring manager, George


  3. Pre-employment drug screening and required employment screenings


  4. Begin paid training upon successful completion of the hiring process
