Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00–$24.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift – 3:00pm to 11:30pm, Monday through Friday. Willingness to work long hours and flexible schedules as needed.

What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Associate? You’ll be:
- Operating forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, pick, and put away products and materials.
- Managing and fulfilling material requests, ensuring timely delivery and packaging materials to production or storage areas.
- Accurately following work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Supporting physical inventories and cycle counts, maintaining proper stock rotation using FIFO and FEFO practices.
- Communicating issues, concerns, or improvement suggestions to management in a timely and professional manner.
- Performing order fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, processing transfer orders, and handling samples.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assisting with general warehouse upkeep, such as sweeping and organizing equipment.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Posess proven experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
- Possess proven pick and packing experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment (required).
- Bring 5–7 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment environment, including shipping and receiving.
- Can meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Have experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Demonstrate strong math, reading, and documentation skills.
- Are proficient in using computers and handheld devices for inventory and workflow tasks.
- Exhibit a dependable, punctual, and safety-focused work ethic.
- Can follow oral and written instructions accurately.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Have prior experience in a high-volume distribution environment.
