  • Deliver key Release-to-Manufacturing milestones and support capacity growth for new manufacturing and quality workflows.

  • Develop and execute DOE’s to improve process understanding, stability, and scalability.

  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve process variation issues.

  • Select and implement process instrumentation, controls, and material characterization tools.

  • Maintain high standards of safety, organization, communication, and documentation.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, embracing new challenges and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered.

  • Proven success developing chemical processes, roll-to-roll systems, and continuous manufacturing workflows.

  • Hands-on expertise in hazard analyses, defining engineering controls, and process safety.

  • Solid understanding of sensing technologies and data acquisition for process control.

  • Track record of driving continuous improvements in throughput, quality, and reliability.

  • Experience with process FMEAs and applied statistics (capability analysis, control charts, ANOVA, hypothesis testing).

  • Commitment to 6S principles for organized, efficient workspaces.

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage (company pays 75% for employee and dependents)

  • 4 weeks of supplemental paid parental and family leave

  • Unlimited PTO and 14 paid holidays

  • Competitive compensation
