Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Gurnee, IL
Shift: Rotating Continental Shift Nights 6:45pm – 7:00am

Job Summary
We are currently seeking a dependable Material Handler to support our manufacturing team in Gurnee, IL. The Material Handler is responsible for handling, moving, and maintaining the flow of materials and products throughout the production area, following established procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage all material movement to stock—including dock-to-stock, material requisition orders (MRO), printed circuit boards (PCB), floor returns, and system transactions using a scanner or computer

  • Issue materials from stock, including transfers, kits, manual picks, highly marketable parts (HMP), with accurate system transactions

  • Ensure inventory accuracy by verifying transactions and conducting cycle counts as necessary

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Adhere to all safety, health, and security policies and procedures

  • Comply with company security policy requirements

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Prior experience in material handling or warehouse operations preferred but not required

  • Ability to operate scanners and basic computer systems

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Willingness to comply with safety standards and organizational procedures
