Compensation and Pay: $22/hour
Hours:  Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
Location: On-site in Green Bay, WI

What’s a typical day as Customer Support Representative? You’ll be:

  • Monitoring customer orders and freight to identify potential issues and ensure efficient resolution

  • Adjusting workflows and recommending solutions as customer demand and freight volumes fluctuate

  • Using reports, dashboards, and technology to analyze service issues and develop actionable solutions

  • Communicating and collaborating with internal teams, leadership, and customers

  • Supporting overall customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management and issue resolution

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED (required)

  • Bring 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferred)

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities

  • Are comfortable utilizing technology and learning new systems

What is expected of a B2B Customer Support Representative:

In this role, a B2B Customer Support Representative is to manage customer relationships and support daily operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring customer orders, resolving service issues, and helping ensure efficient and reliable delivery of services.
