Client Support Lead

Pay Rate: $24/hour
Hours: 5pm-5am 3 days on/3 days off/4 days on/4 days off
Location: On site in Green Bay, WI

What’s a typical day as Client Support Lead? You’ll be:

  • Handling customer-facing processes, systems, and equipment for daily operations.

  • Monitoring customer orders and shipments to identify and resolve issues.

  • Providing process and technology training to team members.

  • Communicating effectively with internal teams, leadership, and customers to resolve concerns and manage escalations.

  • Supporting the Customer Service Manager and acting as a subject matter expert for problem resolution.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred).

  • Possess a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (2 years preferred).

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

  • Enjoy learning new systems and utilizing technology to improve processes.

What is expected of a B2B Customer Support Representative:

In this role, a Client Support Support Representative is to manage customer relationships and support daily operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring customer orders, resolving service issues, and helping ensure efficient and reliable delivery of services.
