Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

  • 1st Shift (6:54AM-3:06PM): $20.00/hr

  • 2nd Shift (2:54PM-11:06PM): $21.70/hr

  • 3rd Shift (10:54PM-7:06AM): $22.15/hr

Shifts:

1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Positions Available
(1st: 6:54AM-3:06PM / 2nd: 2:54PM-11:06PM / 3rd: 10:54PM-7:06AM)

What’s a typical day as a Production Technician? You’ll be:

  • Accurately weighing, measuring, dispensing, mixing, labeling, and documenting materials according to SOPs, batch records, and work instructions

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to comply with safety and quality standards

  • Recording all activities and results with attention to detail to ensure traceability and compliance

  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

  • Promptly reporting any deviations or discrepancies to maintain process integrity

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training is a plus)

  • Bring previous experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment (preferred, not required)

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions

  • Possess basic math and computer skills

  • Can work independently and as part of a team

  • Are able to lift and move materials as needed and are willing to adhere to strict safety and quality guidelines
